Terms And Conditions


ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS
Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is written. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer's scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.


SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION
ALL EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO SELLER APPROVAL A minimum fee of 30% of the purchase price will be assessed (re-stocking/processing fee) on seller approved returns, exchanges or cancellations.

  • Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandise picked up.
  • Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering, as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit.
  • SELLER CAN DESIGNATE A DAY FOR DELIVERY, but not a specific time. To avoid a Second delivery fee, BUYER must notify SELLER AT LEAST 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery in order to change or cancel a delivery.
  • Seller cannot move, haul, or rearrange old furniture.
  • Seller makes no warranty beyond any written description itemized on this order.
  • BUYER LAYAWAYS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.
  • Buyer agrees to complete payment on schedule, or proceeds of prior payment(s) towards layaway may be forfeited.
  • If you receive an item that has a damage, you should contact the store within THREE (3) days so we can replace ONLY the damaged part of the item.

Pick-up Policy

Once your furniture has been purchased, there are two options you can choose from to get it to your home: in-store pickup or delivery. For all in-stock items, you can pick up the merchandise the same day you purchase it. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified by the store when it arrives and can set a time to pick up your item. If you are unable to pick up the item at the scheduled time, notify the store immediately.

In order to pick up your merchandise, you’ll need to know the name or phone number on the order. We require all customers to inspect their items for any visible defects before leaving the store.

Due to the personal injury and property damage risks, courtesy loading assistance is limited to only the act of assisting the customer with placing purchased merchandise in their vehicle. KMA Furniture and its staff is unable to provide the following services for customers:

  •  Move or rearrange existing items in customer’s vehicles.
  •  Remove seats from vehicles.
  •  Attempt to put items in vehicles that clearly will not fit; or
  •  Tie down items to trailers, vehicle roofs, or trunks.

KMA Furniture staff may not accept gratuities for providing loading assistance to customers.
KMA Furniture will not be responsible for any personal injury or property damage occurring while providing loading assistance.

We reserve the right to refuse to load merchandise that could result in injury, property damage or present unsafe conditions to associates or customers.
